I haven't seen the real photos yet but if this was a boy, and he had not one, but two broken arms it might look like our little Benjamin. After a long stressful day with a crying, not eating, not pooping baby we were devastated to hear that Benj. (our 9 yr old) had taken a flying leap off of the neighbor's swing set. Apparently he lost his grip at the worst possible time and made a face plant and broke both of his arms instead of breaking the fall onto his face. Frankly, I'm surprised that with 3 boys this is the first broken arm in the family but the timing stinks. Fortunately he is being loved and well taken care of by Aunt Marydee and cousin Lindsay (THANK YOU!) and he is such a trooper and a very tough little boy with a great attitude. We love you Benj. and hope you get the color of casts that you want, and we especially hope that your arms heal quickly and you aren't in pain. Can't wait to see them. Oh, and we hope you never use those things as a weapon. hee hee Thursday, May 8, 2008

We are so sorry that happened on our swing set!! We feel so bad! I didn't see it happen but Justin said they were trying to swing really high and then jump off into the grass... I guess Benj let go too soon... Hopefully he gets better soon!
Poor little guy! Nate broke his arm on a neighbor's tramp and we all survived that rite of childhood. :)
