Pretty convincing eh? I'm sure we have royal blood. We look like naturals. We are now in Changsha - a rough morning but we're getting ready to go get Abigail. We arrived at the Beijing airport at 6:30 am only to find we were at the wrong terminal. Once we rode the shuttle to the right terminal - which is an amazingly huge and beautiful, nicest we've ever seen facility - we got through security and found my wallet with all of our money was missing. So somewhere in the 5 minutes between leaving the security line and discovering it was gone it really was gone. All of our money, Chinese and American, and our traveler's checks were in it. Fortunately no credit cards or passports. We're out about $450 but the police are looking into it. So after that and a delayed flight and listening to Scarborough fair with a whistle and oriental twang over and over I was getting a little grumpy. We sat on the plane next to the only fat man in China who snored like no other. I've seriously never heard anything like it. The usually reserved Chinese people around us were all looking at him and chuckling. It was entertaining.
So we're in Changsha - we're leaving in 10 minutes to go get ABIGAIL!!!
