Thanks for your kind comments - I haven't been very good at responding this last little while. I so much appreciate the support and kind words.
Not really a fair trade but our agency called yesterday and informed me that we'll be getting Abby on the 6th, not the 7th. So we waited 20 months longer than we had planned and now we'll get her one day sooner than we thought. We'll take what we can get.
The plans are that we leave May 1st, stay in Beijing until the 6th - fly to Changsha in the am and receive Abby in the afternoon. Stay in Changsha until the 13th, hopefully travel to Yongzhou and to the Daoxian orphanage during that week, and then off to Guangzhou and then home on the 17th. Whew! It will be a great adventure! Stay tuned...

Wow, May 6th has ended up being an amazing day for all of us. You and Shawn will have your little girl and Matt and I find out if we get to adopt our foster baby on the same day! Wow! I guess we are both officially doing the countdown. You can follow our journey on forthygood.blogspot.com
